Chicken Alfredo and Rice 4 boneless skinless chicken breast 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup ¾ cup milk 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp ground black pepper 1 cup graded Parmesan cheese (separated) 4 cups cooked hot brown rice Place chicken in a baking dish. Mix soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, ½ cup cheese. Pour mixture over chicken and flip the chicken so it is covered on both sides. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with hot brown rice. Spoon some of the soup mixture from the chicken pan on top of the chicken and rice. *This is soooo good, but I think I add more than the suggested 1 cup of cheese!! :-) |
Do not grow slack in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in tribulation, steadfast in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the holy ones, exercise hospitality. ~ Romans 12:11-13
