Spaghetti Pie 1 package spaghetti (13 oz) 1/2 cup butter 1 1/3 c. graded Parmesan cheese 8 eggs well beaten 1 lb. ground beef (cooked) 15 oz. spaghetti sauce (or enough to well cover the beef) 1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese Cook spaghetti and drain. Add butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs to the Spaghetti. Mix well. (Note: It works best if you allow the spaghetti to cool a little before adding the eggs or the eggs may cook in the hot spaghetti.) Press into a buttered 13"X9" pan. Combine sauce and beef together. Pour meat and sauce mixture over spaghetti layer. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. |
Do not grow slack in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in tribulation, steadfast in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the holy ones, exercise hospitality. ~ Romans 12:11-13
